In just over a week’s time I’ll be heading to Sheffield, England, to attend the ASLE-UKI Land2 conference, whose theme is “Cross Multi Inter Trans.” On the conference’s closing day I’ll have the honour of presenting a keynote talk entitled “Literature, Ecology, Indigenous Culture: Transatlantic Perspectives on Early English Canada.” The conference will be held at Sheffield Hallam University and will run from 6-8 September. I’m excited to be a participant, and I look forward to learning a lot. For more information, please click on the conference’s website.
