In Concert at the Prince George Exhibition August 5th, 2008

On Friday August 8th, at 1:00PM, I’ll be performing a 45-minute set on the Community Stage at the Prince George Exhibition (or the “PGX,” as we call it locally).  I’m told that the sound system will be first-rate, and that an expert sound technician will be flying up from Vancouver to take care of the stage, so I’m looking forward to a good set.  Of course, there will be Blake songs on the set-list, plus a few tunes from my forthcoming CD.  Emulating the great James Taylor–who I saw perform in Vancouver in mid-July–I also plan to play a few old favourites just for fun.   Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we will have a good crowd.  If you’re in the vicinity, please drop by and say hello!
